Karla Ferguson Esq. is the Founder and CEO of Yeelen Group, an award-winning contemporary art dealer, art collector, creative designer, attorney and curator. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and educated at Florida International University (Political Science and International Relations,) La Sorbonne (International Business Transactions), and Tulane University School of Law.
Ferguson has curated groundbreaking and important contemporary art exhibitions, she works with critically acclaimed contemporary artists; focusing on social practice, the expansion in the understanding of culture, and its relation to the canon of Art History.
Christine Syquia is Acquisitions Manager at Yeelen. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Art History. Following graduation, she worked at PaceWildenstein Gallery in Beverly Hills before moving to a boutique photography agency in Venice as their domestic syndication manager.
